Clarity over complexity
Important work should be easy to understand. We design for clear status, plain language, and fewer places to search.
Resinara was created to give HOA, condominium, and townhome association teams one dependable place to coordinate the work, explain decisions, and keep residents informed.

Why Resinara exists
While serving on an HOA board in Miami, founder Kevin Jorquera saw capable people lose hours piecing together resident questions, payments, documents, maintenance work, and board decisions across disconnected tools.
The problem was not effort. It was the system: too many handoffs, too little visibility, and no shared place to understand what had happened or what needed to happen next.
That experience became the starting point for Resinara in 2022. We are building the workspace we wanted associations to have—calmer for the people doing the work and clearer for the communities depending on them.
What guides us
These are not abstract company values. They are the standards we use when deciding what to build, what to simplify, and what should remain visible.
Important work should be easy to understand. We design for clear status, plain language, and fewer places to search.
Every request, decision, and next step should have an owner and a history people can follow.
Managers and boards need control, but residents also deserve timely answers and a calmer experience.
Technology should remove repeat work without hiding judgment, responsibility, or the reason behind a decision.
How we build
Association software should make responsibility easier to see. Our product approach follows the complete workflow instead of adding another disconnected tool.
We begin with the requests, approvals, payments, documents, and follow-up associations already handle every day.
Related work belongs together, so teams spend less time moving information between inboxes, spreadsheets, and portals.
The people doing the work and the people waiting for an answer should always know what happens next.
Our trust standard
Associations handle sensitive decisions and important community information. We approach that responsibility with clear access, useful history, and claims we can stand behind.
People should see the information their role requires—without unnecessary exposure.
Important actions should leave a useful record for managers, boards, and future handoffs.
We prefer showing the workflow in a real product demo over leaning on vague or unsupported claims.
